Christmas in Bridgewater

It has become a lovely tradition that the Sunday before Christmas we gather at my sister Carrie's house in Bridgewater for a lovely pre Christmas celebration! I believe my nephew Eli actually coined it Pulsifer Christmas by claiming the night before was "Pulsifer Christmas Eve".

This day always helps to get us in the Christmas spirit as not only does my sister make a fabulous meal for all of us but we exhange gifts and OPEN THEM! As far as I am concerned there is nothing like watching others open the gifts you got them ...especially children as they are so very excited!

Ella loved her present so much it
became her "stage" for the afternoon! She also found great entertainment in seeing that her rings fit on Daddy's beer perfectly!

This year marked 5 years since the Read family became part of ours .... its amazing how fast time flies however all the while I cannot help but feel in my heart that we have known each other all our lives. We are so very lucky and I am truly thankful for all of you!
