Congratulations Constable Pulsifer!

On August 29th Mal, the kids and I joined my parents and Nadine in PEI for my brother Jeff's graduation from the Atlantic Police Academy. From the time that Jeff was a teenager this was his dream...he put it aside for a few years thinking it may not be the right path but in the end was most definitely the right choice!

It was a rigorous year and the stories were daunting, a course I know I could never handle ...physically nor mentally but Jeff fit the bill and graduated as a Squad leader at the end of August. It was a fancy schmancy service ... close to 3 hours and the kids made it through the whole thing : )

The best part is that he also just accepted a job for the Halifax Police Department and will be working right here at home!

We are all so proud of you Jeff!!!

The day before the graduation there was a friends and family day at the school, it was really impressive ... Ella LOVED the police car, she had the sirens and lights going!
My Father & Mal tried a crime scene simulation...Mal tried to negotiate and Dad shot the guy in the chest! LOL
It was a tough year for Nadine, Jeff and Max...they were all glad living in different provinces was coming to an end!
We all stayed for 3 nights at a beautiful Inn called Chez Shea, the owners are very good friends of my parents so we really felt quite at home...made the weekend like a mini vacation!
While all the guys played golf Mom, Nadine and I took Ella and Henry to the Shining Waters fun park ... we (Ella!) had a great time!
