Christmas 2008!

Merry Christmas!!! We hope everyone had a wonderful time this holiday season!! Rather than type out a long post I decided to just add quite a few pics to show you how we spent our time celebrating Christmas this year. I did notice that I was missing a few photos of our early Christmas with Chris and Veronica this year ... so I did not want to forget to mention that as we had a nice dinner here and gave them our presents before they took off for Vancouver mid December.

Christmas Day was quieter this year as my brother had to work so it was just us and my parents ... made for a lovely relaxing day and a really nice meal for 6!

Family photos 2008.... I was very happy with how these turned out this year as the 20min at the Superstore was somewhat trying!
We had to sit Henry on the rocking horse so he would stay still and bribe Ella with smarties! (oh what parents do for nice photos! LOL!)
Ella at her daycare Christmas concert!
Ella, Loren & Devin at the Manulife Children's Christmas Party!
Our attempt at a "group shot" of the children at a Christmas Pajama Party that Petra hosted this year! In the past we drew names but this year we all gave Petra money and she did EVERYTHING (she is on Mat leave but this was MOST impressive!) Each child had a present, we decorated cookies and there was food, drinks and treats for all! THANK YOU PETRA & SHANE!
"The Boys" ...Will, Henry and Beckett!
My Wed night "Mommy Girlfriends" also had a family Christmas party this year and it was a great success; we did a potluck with the main dish as spaghetti ....this pleased everyone (Moms, Dads and all the children!) We did draw names and each of the children opened at gift as well ... my friend Monica hosted this year and with 6 families we were most appreciative!
The Annual "Pulisfer Christmas in Bridgewater" ; each year we head to Bridgewater on the Sunday before Christmas to celebrate with my sister, Carrie, brother in law, Kevin and niece and nephew, Kate & Eli. This year was very special as it was their first Christmas in their new house!! We had an afternoon of gift exchange and an awesome dinner!

Uncle Jeff & Henry ... Henry has become quite attached to both my brother and my father these days ...its very cute Ü
Ella sharing her new present with Henry (note he is pretending .... as to not have Aunt Carrie's new house colored from top to bottom!)
Jeff & Nadine (aka Dine )
Aha, the time has finally come....after a lovely Christmas Eve party at Nana Bea & Papa John's it was time to come home and leave out the cookies that Ella and I had baked earlier that morning! Ella insisted on chocolate milk as she was sure that "Santa would love it as he would get white milk at all the other houses!" Ü
Our Christmas tree ....lots of presents !
Henry making sure the ornaments are just right!
Ella didn't really feel that there was any need to wait for anyone else to open their stockings so she opened hers and Henry's in about 10 seconds!
Ella's favorite present was her new baby that came with a baby carrier ... she wore "Baby Ruby" all day! She also got her first pair of skates as we start skating lessons this winter!
Henry got a ride on fire engine ... it sings a lovely little tune.... many nights we go to bed hearing this tune ... so yes ...he loves his fire engine!
Mal and one of his new PS3 games .... always toys for Daddy too!
Mal bought me tickets to see FLEETWOOD MAC in Montreal!! I was SO suprised!!!!
Henry opening his new stacking blocks...
Grandma & Grandad ... as Mom opens a new photograph for their new beach house!
Christmas day was lovely and sunny, it had rained on Christmas Eve so it was nice to see the sun...Mal took the chilren out to get some fresh air after the morning chaos Ü!
Playing with our new toys with Daddy!
