King Harvest has surely come.

Well the 4 hour lawn mowing's are now officially over. I have always enjoyed tractors and whenever i passed a farm with a John Deere I always thought, "that farmer knows his tractors". I often thought i would be a farmer like my Uncle Eric, who has a farm in England. Oh the days would be great raising animals, fertilizing fields, cropping and chopping. The never changing Green and Yellow of a John Deere is a sure sign of good crops and good times. So it was an easy choice when i tired of mowing my lawn for such long times with the push mower and ignoring it most of the time. I NEEDED a John Deere. Above you will see me driving said machine. It performs as well as i had hoped. It has also endeared Ella to me as she loves my tractor too. The bag for said machine is $500.00. I decided to build my own. i will blog with my successes or failure with that at a later time. A good friend of mine said, "But Mal you are a hippie, what are you doing with a tractor?"
