The "Big Girl Bed"!

Well with only a month left to go we have successfully transitioned Ella out of her crib and the nursery into her own big girl room and most importantly a single bed!! The transition was actually a little easier than we thought as far as Ella wanting to go to the new room ...and well her sleeping in the "Big Girl Bed" has been pretty good considering she can now get up when she wants to!
Putting Ella to bed takes a little longer than it used to but once she is asleep she seems quite content. We put a gate on her door rather than closing it tight or her being able to come a "visit" us in the middle of the night :-) However from time to time we are still hearing "Mommy or Daddy OPIN!" .... but I suppose its too be expected.
Here's hoping she will still be ok with the big girl bed when the new baby comes and is sleeping in her crib! :-)

Hope this finds everyone well, only 2 more weeks of work left for me!! YEAH! I am feeling pretty well ... the fatigue is coming back but as to be expected ...I am really hoping for at least a week or more to rest up before its "go time"!
