Mommies night out!

On Friday night all the "Mommies" in my playgroup got together and went out for dinner downtown. We have only done this once before and both times we have had so much fun! When we are amidst all the babies on Wednesdays there is little time to talk and don't have a lot of time to actually get to know one another so we really had a great time!

Ahhh the week of teething has been tough ...sure was nice to relax!


We try to look for restaurants with private areas or rooms as they are close to 20 of us and well being all woman who don't get out "that much" we are kinda loud! So this time we headed to Salty's on the waterfront as they have a really nice private room. The room was great and so was the food and service so it was a most succesful evening. Malcolm ended out in Ottawa for the weekend as his bro Julian got he and Jeff Senators playoff tickets so fortunately my wonderful friends Kelly and Barb came to the rescue and babysat Ella for me :-)! I had kinda planned the evening so I really didn't want to miss out!

It was a great night but I was happy to go home and see my little girl snug as a bug in bed :-) Thanks again Kelly and Barb!!
